Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your Order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

All domestic shipping to the United States of America (U.S. and U.S. Territories) is free of charge.

Delivery estimates vary depending on the shipping provider.

Shipping Specifications

All shipments, unless specifically denoted, are curb-side shipments. All larger shipments, shipped via freight carrier, will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, InspiredPatio.com can not be held responsible for damages that may occur during delivery. When using a freight forwarder, InspiredPatio.com’s liability ends when the freight is transferred to the freight forwarder. It is the customers responsibility to inform us of any problems with this type of delivery at the time of purchase. InspiredPatio.com is not responsible for shipping costs on merchandise not delivered due to a shipping companies inability to deliver to a particular location. Certain circumstances may include but are not limited to: narrow or winding roads, dirt or gravel roads, and vacant establishments. In home delivery and white glove is neither implied nor offered without additional charge, and is not necessarily available even if the customer is willing to pay more for it.

Remote or hard-to-reach areas (example: Martha’s Vineyard, etc.) may incur additional shipping fees. This applies to Free Shipping and regular shipping orders. If this is the case with your order, a Customer Service representative will contact you promptly to notify you of the additional charges.

If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways. Orders for larger items that must ship freight require the shipping company to contact the customer prior to delivery. If the product is returned because the freight company could not reach the customer, this will be considered a return, and the order will be subject to our regular return policies.

 We use UPS or FedEx for smaller items, and larger items go freight. We reserve the right to choose which Freightways carries your shipment. We do not, however, control the shipping companies (freight or UPS). Once a shipment is in the hands of the delivery company, we cannot change shipping addresses, we cannot make a delivery happen on a certain day, and we can only approximate delivery times. Basically we only know what they tell us from that point on. We wish we had more direct control over shipments, but that is not how shipping companies work.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

VIP (White Glove Services)

InspiredPatio has partnered with the leading Last Mile Delivery provider to move your Outdoor Kitchen Island, Outdoor TV Lift, Outdoor Fire Feature to your preferred location (i.e. backyard patio, pool area, deck). Additional Fees apply – please contact customer support for more info.
  • Ability to select your own delivery dates and times via email.
  • Opening and inspecting of your order prior to delivery appointment.
  • A four-hour appointment window
  • Delivery is performed with a two-to-four person delivery team typically using a 20 to 24 foot box truck or cargo van.
  • Team will assemble your order ( assemble the Base, set the Floors and attach the counter top and will level the unit.
  • Order is uncrated, appliances and components unboxed and appliances placed as needed.
  • Removal of packing material debris including pallets and boxes from your home
  • Please note that the delivery team will not be equipped to perform gas or plumbing installation, electrical wiring or services. Leveling or additional grouting of staging area is not included. Does not include additional equipment including forklifts, cranes or power jacks, stairs or steep inclines, or gate/fence removal. Does not include unpacking or setup of accessories.
  • Clear pathway must be accessible prior to delivery–including but not limited to–clearance to move items through gates and entranceways. *

Damages

InspiredPatio.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
